Tickets

All of our loyal customers who held on to tickets for 2020 or 2021 were issued with new tickets in April and May for 2022. Please be advised that older tickets for previous years will not admit you to the festival – you must bring a copy of the new CM.COM 2022 Tickets, also reissued on Monday 11th July please check your inbox.

If you have received tickets that you have since upgraded to a different ticket type, your new upgrade ticket is all you need and the original ticket barcodes have been invalidated so won’t gain access to the event.

If you have received tickets that were refunded/cancelled, the ticket barcodes have been invalidated so won’t gain access to the event.

Your automated order confirmation email is NOT a ticket and will not scan at the gates. If you have not yet completed the Personalisation of your ticket (added the names & details of others attending) then you will be directed to the personalisation page from the blue ticket button below. Please complete the personalisation (with an individual email address for every ticketholder and save each ticket after you update the details). Then when you “Complete Personalise” you will be able to see and download your tickets.

Please read the following important information regarding your festival tickets and entry to the event.

TO DO: DOWNLOAD & PRINT YOUR TICKETS

You must download all tickets as PDF’s. Festival entry tickets can be saved as PDF’s on your phone or printed. All PARKING tickets and CAMPERVAN/CARAVAN tickets MUST be printed in colour from the PDF ticket version and displayed on entry.

TICKET NAME CHANGES

For customers who received their reissued tickets without the names of other ticket holders and do not have the option to update the personalisation, please note the following.

We have assisted many hundreds of customers with name changes/updates to tickets since the reissue. We are now on site and cannot process additional request. If you are passing on your tickets or travelling separately from the other ticket holders on the order, please provide the new ticket holder with a copy of your id / proof of purchase / email confirming the transfer in case of security checks.

TICKETS DEFERRED TO 2023

All requests to carry forward tickets to 2023 have been logged with our Ticketing Team. The 2022 tickets on our system will be invalidated this week and will not scan at the festival. The 2023 tickets will be re-issued later this year.
